Members are always welcome to attend and observe board meetings. A member desiring to introduce a particular topic for discussion must apply to have it added to the agenda by contacting the board secretary at artists.of.rubber.city@gmail.com at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. The executive committee determines whether to allow the addition of a new item onto the agenda; sometimes due to time constraints and volume of business already on the agenda new items may not be heard until a future meeting. Members are always welcome to discuss ideas and concerns with any of your board members.
